    Very nice…truly so.
But, hey that watermark is so obtrusive and it distracts greatly from the image. In this day and age, anyone with an elementary command of Photoshop can remove it. Our images are going to get used and stolen regardless of watermarks. So, do your audience a favor and get rid of it.

It’s a better precaution to archive the high-res images, and use only the lowest bit quality on the web, versions that still look great, but don’t blow-up very well. Something under 40kb, maybe.

    That’s my advice.

Other than that, Steve…you really did a great job, and you were born to make photos.

But I hiked so long and it was soooo hot. I don’t want someone to take it. Anyway. I changed it up so it’s not in the middle of the image… I know, I don’t know anything about photoshop and I can do a decent job of hiding / removing stuff.

  2. Love this picture I wish to some day be somewhere where I can see something like this in person

It was. Actually it was a great day away from everyone and everything. Had to take a gps so I didn’t get lost… and camped out under the stars.
