I’ve been back from Ecuador for a week, but I can’t get it out of my head. We were able to meet a lot of people and one place in particular that I liked hanging out at was this restaurant – Todo Huele. It was set up on the corner of a street by a married couple. To eat there cost you a $1.25… plus .25 for an ice cold coke. Cold was important, because it was hot. We loved going there, because you grab a table and within a few minutes another family was sitting with you and you’d just hang out and share a meal together… total strangers turned friends. Here’s a few shots from Todo Huele. I can’t wait to go back in the fall and see my new friends.
